This is a lovely kitchen Table and 6 chairs, which we have refinished to a high standard. We are stunned by the top that had been hiding under its previous orangey stain.
After sanding, priming and undercoating we painted the table legs and all 6 chairs in " Calam" (a very subtle pale grey) Water Based Acrylic before applying carnauba wax. The solid table top is a Far Eastern hardwood which looks like beech block , this has been sanded to remove all the factory varnish. We then gave the top several coats of matt sealer for a durable finish and then another 2 coats of Carnauba wax.
