A farmhouse pine kitchen table with a thick top matched with 4 fiddleback chairs which we have refinished to a high standard to give a whole new lease of life.

We painted the table legs and all 4 chairs in Eau de Nil before applying carnauba wax. The deep solid table top has been sanded to remove all the old varnish and then given several coats of matt sealer for a durable finish and then another 2 coats of Carnauba.

Every piece of used furniture has a history : the story of these chairs involves a puppy (or litter of puppies) who loved to gnaw chairs. The challenge in the fairy workshop was to remove as much of the damage as possible and still leave some wood behind ! Some of the deepest tooth marks still show but we don't think you'll be disappointed with our end result
