A well proportioned pine farmhouse kitchen table (which would easily seat 6 people) and 4 high quality beech Oxford bar-backed chairs. These chairs are quite hard to find and look great with this thick topped table. The table is wider than usual, giving ideal proportions for a kitchen table.
After priming and undercoating, we painted the table legs and all 4 chairs in Laura Ashley "Pale Linen" Water Based Acrylic before applying carnauba wax. The solid table top has been sanded to remove all the original varnish and then given several coats of matt sealer for a durable finish and then 2 coats of Carnauba wax
