A vintage mahogany display cabinet. It has two glazed doors with fine beading and shaped tops to the glass. It stands on bracket feet. 

Our lovely customer Tina asked us to find her a display cabinet, similar to one she had seen on our website.  We found this piece which had fully glazed sides, a mirrored back, glass shelves and bars across the glass. We removed the mirrored back and glazing bars then fitted wooden panels into the sides. We also made wooden shelves to fit.

Multi-coat paint finish:

• Thorough preparation
• Professionally spray painted inside and out.
• Two coats shellac based primer
• one coats water based acrylic resin undercoat
• two coats water based acrylic satin in Pale Linen
• one coat water-based satin varnish.

We papered the back of the cabinet with Laura Ashley Tuilleries paper in cranberry. We fitted vintage pulls to the cabinet. To complete the look we added a cranberry key tassel.
